Location is excellent, staff is friendly, price, availability of breakfast, bathroom toilet in the room.
It's not very clean in the bathroom, there were 2 towels on four of them, I'd like to have a bigger breakfast, but it's good to have it.

Great value for money and central location. The private room was cozy and clean. The rooftop bar was a fun spot to hang out and had nice views of the city. Complimentary tea and coffee was a nice touch, especially when we needed a quick pick-me-up before heading out for the day.
The wifi was spotty, working only in certain areas of the hostel. Breakfast could have been better, but there were plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from.

The room was clean, the location is brilliant.
On the reception they told us that they didn’t have our reservation through Booked.net. We booked two rooms: one triple room with ensuite and a double room with ensuite. Instead we had mixed dorm room with 6 beds and a toilet on the floor. They told us that the hostel didn’t like and didn’t work with Booked.net any more which seemed a lie. The breakfast included in the price wasn't great at all. The staff were very unfriendly. All of this made our stay in Istanbul less pleasant.

We stayed in a hostel with a great location and we were able to walk to popular attractions easily. the staff was amazing and provided us with great suggestions on what local restaurants to visit. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had power outlets near our beds, which was a convenient feature. the common area was cozy and perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. great value!
The rooftop terrace didn't provide shade for us when it was too hot outside, which made it difficult to spend extended periods of time up there.

Location.
The first room we were given had water leaking from the ceiling and there was a towel on the floor soaked in it and making an annoying noise. We asked for a new room. The new room had very little space, no closet, no window to the outside, only a window that had no curtains and faced another window in the same building. The breakfast is not bad but I have had much better breakfasts at other hostels.
